Mahesh is an exquisite and unique person. He is not only an excellent and responsible driver. He is also a very competent guide for discovering and enjoying Sri Lanka. On top of that, Mahesh is a pleasant, smiling, energetic, educated, intuitive, polite, patient, discrete, sensitive, generous and a very sweet man. We are a family of four people, Italian and Belgian nationalities, living in Luxembourg and Mahesh treated us and our two kids of 11 and 15 years old like his family members. We had so many unique experiences with Mahesh during our two weeks trip! Mahesh made us taste lots of local delicious fruits and he shared with us all his knowledge about social, cultural, religous, economic and environnemental life in Sri Lanka. Mahesh was of good advise and he did everything necessary to make our trip as comfortable and interesting as possible. We higly recommend Mahesh as a tour guide to all tourists who wish to have an unforgettable experience in Sri Lanka! We will definetely miss Mahesh back to Europe!

Me and my family expent 10 days traveling around Sri Lanka with Mahesh. He was and excellent driver and guided us through this beautiful country. He was always ready with a smile and was happy to adjust to any last minute change in our schedule.

Thanks to Mahesh my trip to Sri lanka became the most memorable of all the trips I have taken so far including 18 countries over the last 25 years.
I came across Mahesh’s info. on Tripadvisor and he responded within an hour of contacting him via Whatsapp. Even though I offered him a deposit for the trip I scheduled ,he didn’t accept in case I had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.
My main purpose was to visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, which my father helped found in 1975 when he was the Deputy Director of Wildlife Conservation Board. I have lived in the USA for the past 43 years as a Medical Doctor. I created my own itinerary which Mahesh tweaked to optimize our time in Sri Lanka, visiting southern coastal areas and the Orphanage in Pinnawala, as well as, some surrounding areas of cultural significance.
I must commend him for his utmost professionalism, kind and caring nature, honoring my desires, goals and objectives for this adventure from the time he picked me up at the airport until the time I departed.
Every morning he greeted with a big smile, cold water bottles and a warm heart. Always impeccably dressed and presented himself professionally. The van was always thoroughly cleaned prior to picking me up.
I felt very safe driving in SL with Mahesh being a very attentive and experienced driver.
He had AC and WIFI in his vehicle which helped me to stay in regular contact with my family and friends.
By the end of my trip he practically became like family.

I had an excellent time in Sri Lanka with Mahesh in December of 2021. From the get go he welcomed me with cold drinks and snacks and one time also with a specialty cooked by his wife. I didn’t have a itinerary planned through and changed my mind a lot – he was always flexible, helpful and offered great advice. When we made a stop he always stepped back to give me time one my own. He is very knowledgeable about the sights to be seen and even showed me some places that are not so commercially advertised but had a lot of magic. He even helped me with the information on how /when /where I could do the necessary PCR test before returning home. Chatting with him I learned a great deal about his country and had a great time. I recommend going with Mahesh when you’re in Sri Lanka! ?

Mahesha toplo priporočam. Pomagal nam je sestaviti plan potovanja, bil je fleksibilen, ko smo ga na licu mesta malo spremenili. Je zakladnica znanja o Šrilanki, veliko nam je povedal o njeni zgodovini, običajih, poskrbel da smo poskusili sadje, ki ga v Evropi ne poznamo. Rezerviral nam je tudi kar nekaj namestitev, ki so bile bolj ugodne kot preko bookinga in zelo lepe, čiste. Ko smo še odločili poiskusiti arjuvedsko masažo, nam je našel krasen masažni center.
Torej Mahesh je super voznik, vodic in vedno pripravljen pomagati, poiskati stvari, povrh vsega pa je se vedno nasmejan, pozitiven in poln humorja.

We booked Mahesh for a week’s tour in Sept starting from Kandy, touring the cultural triangle and ending in Mirissa. This was the first time we have ever booked a car and driver, and despite our initial concerns of spending a week in a car with a stranger, the trip was a complete success almost entirely due to Mahesh being an excellent and very thoughtful host, and safe driver. We really appreciated his ready smile and good humour, particularly at the end of long day site-seeing when were probably not at our best.
In terms of planning our itinerary, we used WhatsApp to communicate with Mahesh and our rough plans/ideas and questions were always quickly answered with great local knowledge and suggestions (it’s easy to try and do too much in a day as travelling times can be lengthy).
In summary, we highly recommend Mahesh and we would not hesitate to use him if we visit Sri Lanka again.

We have just finished our wonderful ten day tour of Sri Lanka, Mahesh our driver/guide was perfect throughout, he was an excellent and careful driver, very knowledgeable, he was kind, thoughtful and attentive, we have no hesitation in recommending his services, we will certainly use him again.

We stayed 15 days in Sri Lanka. We had taken Mahesh for all the duration of our stay. And it was a real bonus. Obliging, always tuned to(listening) our desires(envies), Mahesh respects our project and adds it places or things to be seen. We can reserve hotels, but he too can find them (he repaired well to(helped out well to) us, one evening, when we had no accommodation(hosting)). Very careful on the road (what is not unimportant in this country), he(it) very well speaks English.
Discreet, he(it) appears only when we need him, takes care of details, generous, and effective when it is necessary to get itself bills(tickets) (temples, museums, sites and even train tickets!).
Of a permanent kindness, he(it) does his/her utmost so that the stay of his(her) customers is a success.
This guide was a true bonus during our trip.

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours au Sri Lanka. Nous avions pris Mahesh pour toute la durée de notre séjour. Et ce fut un vrai bonus. Prévenant, toujours à l’écoute de nos envies, Mahesh respecte notre projet et y ajoute des endroits ou des choses à voir. On peut réserver les hôtels, mais lui aussi peut les trouver (il nous a bien dépanné, un soir, lorsque nous n’avions pas d’hébergement). Très prudent sur la route (ce qui n’est pas négligeable dans ce pays), il parle très bIen l’anglais.
Discret, il n’apparaît que lorsque nous avons besoin de lui, s’occupe des détails, généreux, et efficace quand il faut se procurer des billets (temples, musées, sites et même billets de train !).
D’une gentillesse permanente, il fait son maximum pour que le séjour de ses clients soit une réussite.
Ce guide fut un vrai bonus lors de notre séjour.
Je recommande fortement.
